In November 2018 The Academy of Science of Ukraine held a 3-day workshop entitled Development of a National Program for the Public Health System. In this workshop the possibility to create a City of Immortals was considered.

Lothar Pirc the Director of the Maharishi AyurVeda Health Centre, Bad Ems, Germany who attended this 3-day workshop also gave a presentation to Opinion Leaders of the Executive Club and as a result quite a few people learned Transcendental Meditation.
