Course Summary

The Governors participating in this course will gain the deepest understanding and training in Maharishi Yoga Asana and after successful completion be able to competently teach the 16-lesson Maharishi Yoga Asana course in the Maharishi Invincibility Centres and for the public.

Learning the practice of Yoga through Maharishi’s teaching gives a comprehensive understanding of the nature of Yoga—the unification of individual and cosmic life—as well as practical training in Yoga postures (Asana) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) that promote integration of mind and body, supporting health by bringing life into harmony with Natural Law.

Participants will get thorough training in teaching the 16-lesson course on Yoga Asana, demonstrating the postures and giving knowledge about the influence of each posture on the physiology. They will experience and understand Yoga Asanas and Pranayama on a whole new level of depth and gain the necessary confidence how to teach and correct others in a safe and most beneficial way in order to avoid the potentially health-damaging effects of incorrect practice.

Course Fee

EUR 810

The course fee includes organic vegetarian meals and all course materials, Vedic Recitations in Maharishi’s Peace Palace at MERU as the schedule allows, and participation in the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi group programmes. Accommodation fees are additional.
