Job description:

Providing all Maharishi AyurVeda Pancha Karma treatments including various oil massages, eye, ear and head treatments, local applications, steam baths and enemas. See web page: www.ayurveda-badems.com/medicine/therapies.

Training course:

The training for MAV technicians takes place in 2 blocks of three weeks each:

MAV PK Block 1 for men: 25 November – 15 December 2020 in Bad Ems, Germany

The cost for private accommodation and food during Block 1 in Bad Ems is to be paid by the course participant. In these three weeks of full-time training the participant will learn most of the different massage techniques. After graduating from Block 1 the massages and other treatment skills will be enhanced by daily practice on patients at the MAV Health Centre in Bad Ems under the guidance of experienced technicians.

The second course unit, Block 2, will take place 2-3 months later. This completes the full training for a MAV PK technician.

For the course fee of both training units block 1 and 2 of € 2,500 in total, a stipend may be given by the MAV Health Centre Bad Ems if the course participant makes a time commitment for at least 2 years after completion of the full training. Room and board have to be covered by the applicant.

• Regular practice of Transcendental Meditation (can be learned at Bad Ems)

Work contracts for Maharishi AyurVeda technicians can be made for full or part-time positions, including work on weekends and holidays.
